Customer Care unresponsive | Billing Overcharged

Hi, I cancelled insurance service on my handset in July and still getting charged. Customer Care email address is quite pathetic and responses are "ZERO".

MTN's business model is quite arrogant in terms for dealing with customer's queries. Looks like regularity authorities not doing enough to tighten grip around so that MTN kind of businesses improve their behavior towards the customers. Very unprofessional service and unskilled staff.
