customer care number not connecting
Good day. I am a new mtn prepaid customer. I have problems and I have been trying to contact 083173 and it doesn't ring. It just cuts off. I have been trying since 8am.1stly I loaded airtime and I got the confirmation sms. When I try to make a call it says that I have insufficient airtime to make a call.. I need to speak to someone who will be able to sort this out. Its rather frustrating now especially after moving over from cellc to mtn. Please get someone to call me on *** . Its now urgent.
