customer care number gets no response

I phoned ***, they ask for my cell number, when I enter it in in two ways, it is rejected every time. I can not talk to somebody. I tried it about seven times over a two week period. The e-mail and one call directly from that sim card (which is not mine, though I pay the bill) worked. Now I got e-mail back and I can not contact the centre to resolve the problem. The only number available is never, 7 out of 7 times NOT WORKING. I need to speak to somebody.
