Customer care...none whatsoever!

<p>I am writing this on behalf of a friend who has been a loyal client of MTN for more than 10 years and who always paid her bills on time. Until unusually large bills started appearing, which she queried without success. The account was eventually suspended and handed over. Now, in spite of several attempts to make a reasonable and fair offer to settle the account, she has been ignored and left to the mercy of the lawyers who are adding charges at will like there’s no tomorrow!<br /> A word of warning : if you do business with MTN, you do so at your own peril. They do not give a **** about their clients and just want to ****** them for as much money as they can. No wonder they’re in so much **** with having to pay fines all over Africa. Their greed knows no bounds!!!</p>
