Customer care non existent

I have never seen such poor customer care in a long time. You can’t speak to a person on the customer care number and I can’t blacklist a lost phone even after visiting a branch I was told it doesn’t appear in the system I must call a number that I have realised that they deliberately make it difficult there’s no other explanation
