customer care MTN - USELESSSSSSS!!!!

MTN CUSTOMER CARE IS USELESS!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to sort out my account - 1st I get an email from Kgaogelo Thosago requesting my MTN PIN AND MY ID NUMBER AND BANKING DETAILS VIA EMAIL - this is not fff suspicious at all then I reply with my mtn account number and an encrypted confirmation of banking details - i get an email from Vuyo Manyane telling me that if i don't want to provide this online they cannot assist me - I must phone 135

I phone 135 - guess what no FFFFFF option to speak to a consultant - so goind down the numbers until I say cancel contract - lo and behold I am put through to a consultant - did not get her name - she will put me through to customer care - guess what after about an hour of trying to get to speak to someone they cut me off!!!!!!!! Sick and tired of the poor service we receive since the ANC regime - no pride in their work anymore
