Customer Care - Mission Impossible!

I am making a habit of writing about cellphone companies. Today I was trying to activate International calls on my mtn number. After 1 hour I gave up and was left very frustrated. To speak to a 'Service Champion' feels like Mission Impossible. Let's see if they contact me with this great review I am giving their Customer Care.
