Customer Care Line absolutely useless

I have been a long standing customer of MTN and attempted to call the Customer Care Line this evening for some assistance.<br> <br> After an hour and a half of calling 808, getting put on hold while waiting to speak to someone, and being cut off every time I eventually gave up.<br> <br> Time to change the name to LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE if you ask me.<br> <br> Whats the use of having the service available if it doesn't work PULL YOUR PANTS UP AND SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.
