Zero stars really

Customer care (both on the phone and via email) are borderline useless and don’t read queries properly. I queried why the amount for an online order was doubled when I received the confirmation via email. Instead the consultant (having the question right in front of them) starts telling me about delivery options and ends with “We trust you find the above in order” - No Khetiwe! It’s not in order. The M in MTN must stand for Madness because what is this ?????
