Customer care is a complete joke

When I phoned MTN to cancel my contract, the supposedly “service champion” could have the decency to talk to me but I could here in the background they would rather joke and talk to each other instead. Made me wait nearly half a minute before answering the phone. The more I tried to tell her I want to cancel the more she tries to convince me to take another contract. Never listens or care about their customers.
