Customer care doesn't exist at MTN

I have a 3 contracts with MTN one expiring this month and the other expiring in November. I wanted to upgrade the one expiring in November but findout that there's a call open on my number. And the data I currently have is not sufficient so I have to load data every day. the call on my number has been open since May this year.

I went to Kolonade MTN they said they can't close it, they will log a ticket for it to be closed, this happened on Saturday until today the matter hasn't been resolved. I want all the money I've spent buying data outside the contract because this was done by MTNs incompetency.
