Customer Care complaint

I called in this morning requesting a sim swap and the lady was so rude to me as if she was under the influence of alcohol. She asked me "why are you doing a sim swap again because you requested it yesterday?" (with a very rude tone), I told her that the guy who helped me said it will only take 2hrs for the simcard to be activated with my old number...... She said "24hrs" yet with an attitude.
