customer care calls not answered
<p>i have been trying to call customer care at ********** as per their website for hours and the calls never get answered. once i pass all the prompts they drop the call. i dont understnad how a netwrk service provider cannot reply to its own network calls? Call me please MTN or i will take my 12 busness contracts elsewhere!!!!!!!!! </p>

There might have been a technical glitch with the IVR that caused the calls to customer care to be dropped.
