Customer care????????

Going for 3rd week trying to upgrade my contracts. No feedback, being sent from pillar to post. I just need someone to speak to that will sort out the problem but there is no interest in helping. Very frustrated and disappointed that being a customer since 1994 gets to be treated this way.
