I have No idea what to do any more with Mtn they always messing up my account and I always have to pay, I had a problem with sms bundle allocation last month and now nothing has been allocated for this month and I have to run a bill and when I call the agent say she doesn't know what's the problem after I waited on line for 45 minutes, I pay my account according to what my contract is but I get the worst signal and the worst customer service with *********** agents. I am not paying any bill that I ran from today.
