Customer Care!??
In August I was contacted by MTN to say that my daughter and I were both due for upgrade phones. We told the caller what type of phones we would like and she confirmed that they would be delivered to us. The following week the box arrived, with ONE phone inside! Since then, so for three and a half months, I have been trying to get my upgrade phone (for which I have been charged since August!!!!!) 1. I have phoned 2. I have sent emails 3. I have been into MTN Coastlands at least 5 times. NOTHING!!!!!!!!! I have been with MTN since 1995 and have an unblemished payment record. I am now fast losing patience with MTN!

05 Nov 2018, 09:48Oh, and to add insult to injury ... on my last visit to MTN at Coastlands, the chap that was helping me could barely keep his eyes open and yawned and yawned. When I asked him if he was tired, rather than apologising for his behaviour, he mumbled "Yes, very" !!!!!!
