Customer Bully
I have 2 contracts - 1 x 079 I have for 4 years ( NO ISSUES AND PAID TO DATE). 1 X 060 number currently in arrears. A VERY RUDE LADY called me this morning with a horrible attitude and threats and would not even listen - she made a demand I told her I could not and tried to reason with her to no avail. So I would assume that my 079 number should be active as that is up to date...….I DID NOT SAY I AM NOT WILLING TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT, I will also not accept being bul****. PLEASE COULD THIS MATTER BE INVESTIGATED AND MY 079 be re-activated. I ACCEPT I DEFAULTED ON 060 number and willing to make an arrangement to settle and for that number to be suspended. How can both numbers be suspended as one contract is more than 4 years old and the other a year. PLEASE ATTEND URGENTLY. I USE 079 FOR WORK . IF THIS IS THEN DEEMED "ONE ACCOUNT" IT THEN MEANS BOTH CONTRACTS ARE PASS 24 MONTHS? I DONT HAVE A NUMBER , EMAIL ME PLEASE ***

We do pick up that you have made a arrangement online to make payment for R1500.00, the cell number *** suspension has been lifted. If the payment is not honoured to MTN the system will suspend the line again and no further arrangement can be done to account until owing amount is paid.
Please note that the account is arrears with R5,348.50 in +- 90 days.
Both numbers is connected with 1 account number, the system will suspend both numbers if any payments is outstanding despite the term date.
The other number *** is suspended and can only be activated once payments is done and account reflect current.
Cell number *** expire date 2020-11-03
Cell number *** expire date 2019-09-27

01 Nov 2019, 13:54I have made another arrangement to pay R1000 01/11/2019. This will reflect by Monday 04/11/2019. I received a sms that I agreed on R3828...I do not recall making this commitment.
Please advise when the expired contract can be made prepaid. The consultant I spoke with during the week advised that I am not able to do prepaid until I paid R1600 by end of November?
