CUSTOMER AND TECHNICAL SERVICE IS ZERO

MTN NO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT: I have endless problems with my ZTE router which is on contract with MTN. No custer service whatsoever, Ihave been calling for 2 weeks and put through from one to the other. I have sent mails without reply. I have no signal. Router connects without internet. What is the point. Monthly my money is deducted but I get absolutely no service. I am fedup at would not recommend anyone to get a contract wit MTN. There is less than zero service.
