****** - Draining loaded airtime and data for no reason

<p>MTN has really outdone itself. There must be someone getting rich from all this prepaid airtime and data they drain even after it's just been loaded. Even when I switch mobile data off all the time after checking messages now, for even less than a minute, the airtime and data is all gone. Classic example. Today I was offline. My balance was R298. I sent a R30 Me2U to my niece. The sms confirmed balance of R268 at 11:23. I switched mobile data on at 11:24 to check whatsapp messages. There was only one message. I sitched back off and then checked the balance. It was R1.13 at 11:25. This is ONE RAND AND THIRTEEN CENTS !!! I was not surprised ofcourse because it is not happening for the first time. But furious is an understatement. FED UP. I called 173. There is no explanation. The so called SERVICE CHAMPION could not explain why this happens. I am sure somone is rich now while I am drained. I will be moving on to another network. </p>
