Took out a huawei contract with them, add stated that it comes with 100 day free screen replacement. My phone screen got cracked and I took it back for the screen replacement only to be told that my phone isn't covered. After I showed them the add, then they said it is covered and should go to huawei directly. Went to huawei then was told the store was supposed to activate the screen insurance or should have told us to do it within 14 days. Now I'm stuck paying for a phone I don't use because it's almost 4 months now and no response from mtn. Bunch of ******. Customer care don't care, been contacting them for past 3 and half months and no joy. They can take your money fast and if u don't pay they contact you quickly, but when its there fault they don't bother.
