I have uncapped wifi at home which is always on my phone

I purchased R30 airtime which didn't come to my phone as I immediately checked my balance and it stated R0

They keep telling me that it was used for internet connection. How the f**k is that possible?

DO YOU F**KING NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH? I HAVE WIFI AT HOME, HOW CAN THE AIRTIME BE USED FOR DATA CONNECTIONS.
