***** MTN

This was written on the 31 March 2019 and to date not even one consultant had contacted me although I have received a confirmation letter from MTN. I bought PanzerGlass Samsung Note9 at MTN Northgate, SABC0149. When the phone falls, the screen comes out. I took it in for exchange, they refused to take even when I told them that my phone has dust inside. They acknowledged the dust inside and still refused to exchange it. Now it is irritating to use the phone with full of dust inside. The screen cover is very expensive @ R399 for me to keep it without satisfaction. Kindly assist me. Kind regards
