***** and theifs and name destroyers

I have data contract with Mtn wich is going to end next month, i phoned Mtn to cancel the contract only to be told that i have been handed over to legal department, to my shock i went to my bank statement to double check if they where still debit ing their money, the last debit order went off on the 2nd of March. Please can someone explain to me the reason mtn dent my name? What more do you want from me my whole salary?
