criteria issues

i currently have a business contract with Mtn, i have recently trying to do an add line however i was declined and as a result i decided to obtain a credit report via Transunion and discovered my credit profile is good.<br> I've attached this report to my application and reapp**** but still i was declined. The reason given,i do not meet Mtn criteria which i don't understand as i was told i have a credit limit of R10 500.<br> Ive queried about this criteria and nobody is able to explain what this criteria is all about. I am very disappointed in the service i received. One has to wait for a long period of time to get a hold of a consultant and when you do its of absolute no help because they don't know themselves what is this criteria is all about.<br> If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours,i would like to terminate my contract with immediate effect and maintain my phone no.<br> <br> NB. i am not the first or only person experiencing this issue meeting Mtn criteria
