What a joke for a service provider. Joke for 2 years in the making to say the least. Making like they cant hear you on the phone. Takes 3 months to cancel a contract then give you reference numbers but with no notes attached or knowing what's going on. *********** people in there departments. Maybe get the service right and some would come back to your contract services. Lost my job reason for cancelation but seeing how people are treated when they don't have money opened my eyes. MTN get your stuff together ASAP. There is something like karma. My allegation is that you take money that is not due to you and do not care about anyone else but yourself (MTN).
