<p>I had a contract phone which was paid off and tranfered to prepaid.</p> <p>MTN handed my account over to VVM, their law firm stating that I still owe them R800.</p> <p>luckily I completed the process via email.</p> <p>they damaged my credit record. </p> <p>I had to make use of Legal Wise to handle this dispute. Thanks to legal wise I did not have to pay this money.</p> <p>Their service requires a serious audit cause clearly there are ********* working for them.</p>
