******** Organization!!

I signed a contract for 2GB data and 100 minutes and now 6 months before the end of the contract all of a sudden I get 1GB data and 125 minutes.....How can MTN just decide to chop and change what I signed and agreed for?? Can I simply decide to pay what I want or feel like without any repercussion?
