Mondo contacted me on behalf of MTN regarding a data package promotion. The Mondo *********** agent told me that it was a 150mb/s package. After receiving the modem i found that that was the speed of the modem and the MTN simcard is only 10mb/s. I contacted MTN and cancelled the contract within the 10 day cooling off period as explained by Mondo. MTN send Mondo an email and cc'd me as well, explaining the cancelation. The courier then 2 days later picked up the modem. At the end of August both MTN and Mondo submitted debit orders against my account. Both these companies are run by *********** *********. Stay away from them.
