I have contacted MTN regarding the cancelation of a data package that a Mondo agent incorrectly marketed to me. MTN cancelled the contract and 2 weeks ago the courier picked up the modem. The end of this month MTN still submitted the debit order against my bank account. *********. Now they are not responding to my emails regarding the matter.
