Please be aware of Thulani MALAZA. This ******** loaded 5 contracts on a falsified identity document of mines in 2021. I opened a theft case at SAPS and ******** docket instituted. An amount of R3800 was deducted from my account. I never been to the store. However with investigation it was revealed his MTN user id was used to capture contracts. I have all the information available.

Mtn customer Service could not help but only gave a reference number. It cost me my bank account, running around to the Police Station, new banking institution, opening new accounts. To date Mtn has not provided a resolution. I have been given a bad credit score and the accounts are in arrears for non-payment. I also cannot apply for further credit if be as my reputation has been tarnished by rogue elements within MTN.

To date debt companies are calling me, and I receive warnings for non-payment. Whilst at the Police Station a lady had the same problem like mine. (******** syndicate in MTN)

Carry on MTN and you ***** employee, remember the law will eventually catch up to your dirty dealings and you taking advantage of law abiding citizens.

That’s how dismal your customer relations and services handle ***** matters, still waiting over a year for feedback. I rest my case.
