******** behaviour

As a loyal customer of Mtn of 21 years I am disgusted…. It’s apparently a company of ******* and those with no consequence … I upgraded my phone over 3 weeks ago… it arrived and was an out of box failure .. called direct sales who said take it to apple to repair (a new phone !!! ) spent 2 hours on phone with apple couldn’t get it to work .. then got told by direct sales to return it to a store they couldn’t collect… I went to 6 stores before arriving at mall of Africa main store .. the staff there weren’t interested and told me to take my brand new phone a day old to apple for repair .. I informed them under cpa they are required to replace.. the staff member took the phone and said it would take 3 weeks to be assessed… he then gave me a hand written piece of paper as receipt .. I said I wanted official he said that’s all they have …

3 weeks later the lady abd her supervisor tandeka and sharlica have done nothing to help me .. they can’t find the phone abd keep closing my enquiry…

Customer services is not interested and keep referring me back to direct sales..

So here I am no phone for which I contracted to and no one who can or has helped !!!!
