This is the WORST kind of corporate I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They blatantly ignore written and verbal cancellation requests (well within the 20-day legal period), charge my account and sell me on a product that is supposed to work during load shedding (but it doesn't). calling them is a full-day job. ********!!!!!!!
