Crime from MTN South Africa

MTN is a very Disorganized Organization, all the staff members are so unprofessional and disrespectful and they are never helpful. I want to cancel my Contract with this so called Network provider...I have been waiting over Two and half hours on the call, waiting for assistance. I even went to the nearest branch still no help they say I Should wait on the call. MTN is very beyond lacking when it comes to customer service, people pay more for Nothing. This is serious Crime I will escalate this further now because is been over 5 months now, with this kind of lack of customer service.
