Credit Reversal
Good day, firstly thank you for resolving my previous Query REQ:***, however, i noticed that the upgrade charge has not been reversed as agreed upon. The upgrade has been cancelled but the upgrade charge is still reflecting. please can this be attended to? Furthermore, i would like a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge emerald green phone on contract, please can someone arrange this for me? thank you
