Credit record jeopardized by MTN

I wrote complaint of 5th july 2018 the business responded 6th july saying they will work on it ASAP since my credit record was jeopardized due to this.

Its well over a month now i still call in day in day out. No one can pass the remaining credits or journals. My account is still with legal. My home loan application has been rejected twice already due to this.

As had stated before that all i ask for now are spectrums where my lawyers will be indirect contact with mtn. This is my credit record that has been dragged through the mud here. My kids are homeless due to this.

Im sick of all these empty promises
