I have been playing my mtn contract very well and they have not been updating my account on credit bureau since September and that shows my credit record very bad. I called them and they said they will escalate it to accounts. I called them now to follow up, and they are just clueless of what is happening, but if you miss 1 payment they know exactly how updated you as a bad payer. They don't care how bad this affects me
