CREDIT PROMISED NOT RECEIVED!!!!

This is for customer service guy Michael who promised me a credit of R1500/R1600 for 5Gdata not received for 20 months of my 24 month contract on the 5G daytime and 10 G night time deal. I have to upgrade my package since it has expired in September, but with Michael not following through with my credit, I am definitely not continuing with my contract! Michael, you were quick to call me when I posted my first review on Hello Peter, I believed you when you said to managed to get me a credit of R1500/R1600???? I have been a customer for 20 years now, and have had enough!!!! The only credit I recieved was R600. You should be ashamed of yourself Michael and MTN should be ashmed for being day light ******s!!!!! My money is going to another provider, you can count on that!!!!
