Credit profile update

@hellopeter I am writing in a sad mood.I had a simcard contract with MTN and It was handed over.Earlier this year I payed up the money,however untill today it still reflects on my profile that I owe MTN.Please assist me my life is at stop I cannot apply for any credit anymore because of this bad record.It's over 5 months I payed up the account.
