Nashua Mobile moved me over to MTN when they closed their doors in December 2014. I learned in July, from MTN, that I had been given a R2 517 credit limit on my account when I received a bill which was much more than the set amount I have been paying for 19 months of my contract. There was no consultation with me regarding the credit limit provided and I was not even aware of this credit limit until July 2015. For 19 months, I never exceeded my budgeted amount and it makes no sense that I would do so in my 20th month of my contract and in the months that follow. I have tried calling the credit vetting department 3 times today being left on hold for 25 min at a time. I am getting threatening sms's but not one courtesy phone call from MTN, which has been my preferred network for about 10 years now. I am being charged for \valid data"which only occurred due to MTN giving me a credit limit without my consent and knowledge and which I cannot afford to pay so I have been suspended?? I would appreciate a phone call please from the credit vetting department to discuss this matter as I am unable to pay this amount."""
