Credit limit debacle

<p>Have been a client of Mtn for many years and this morning when I upgraded my contract I was allocated a credit limit that exceeded the Mtn maximum amount. When the attendant tried to lower the amount she could not. She needed an authorization, which you can only get from Head Office. Needless to say I do not have the phone now as I am still waiting to hear whether this error was fixed. My goodness first time I hear that you need an override to lower a credit limit.</p>
