Credit disappearance after MTN took over Altech Autopage clients

I wonder if this happened to anyone else. I had a healthy credit in my Altech Autopage account until MTN took it over and proceeded to chase me for an outstanding balance but could not tell me what happened to my credit of which I gave them documentary proof. I am now facing legal action for a sum 15% of the credit I should have. MTN legal ignore my story and when I ask for a statement it only goes back to when they took over the account and does not reflect my credit.

i now get calls from their collection company who are not interested in what I have to say.

Any help on how to tackle this.

Jasmo
