Credit Clearance

I had 2 data contracts with MTN in 2020 of which I was supposed to pay R100 for one and R150 for the other one. First month MTN took R489 for each which in total was R978. I left it like that because I thought maybe couriers were included and stuff. The following month they took R289 for each sim card and that continued for the next 3 months. I went to 2 MTN stores for inquiries and they both told me that they can't help me because I got those sim cards via MTN online. Then I tried to contact MTN Online services but I couldn't reach them, then I started reversing my money hoping that MTN will contact me. Unfortunately they didn't contact me then 2 months later I got a call from Veri-Cred informing me that MTN handed my accounts over to them and they asked me to make payment arrangements. I made payment arrangements with them and start paying as arranged. I finished paying them and veri-cred gave me a paid-up letter to submit to MTN so that they can clear my name. I went to MTN in Rosebank mall and they told me that they don't who how to help me. I went to the other MTN in Rosebank(the zone), they asked me to send an email to this email address(***). I sent an email on the 20th of April and the other one on the 3rd of May and I didn't hear from them to date.

I am so frustrated by MTN. The way they were so quick on blacklisting me and handing my account over to Veri-Cred is way different from the way they treat me now after paying them. I don't think I will ever find myself or my family member in MTN store after this.
