Credit back my money
MTN is supposed to credit the money back into my account and its almost two months in waiting now. BUY MONDO has sad they are waiting for MTN hence I'm reviewing MTN directly now because all they tell me is that all is set with MTN but they do not know as to when the money will be transferred yet. I need specifics regarding this matter, I have been waiting for too long and wasted resources in attempts to get to the bottom of it. Kindly respond and be an accountable and responsible service provider as you claim to be.

With regards to your reimbur*****t from MTN, I did do a follow up as to when the R526 will be paid back to you.
MTN have stated that you will be reimbursed, I am just awaiting confirmation as to when this will be done.
I will revert to you as soon as I do receive a response from MTN.

This was an email from customer service at Mondo, the amount isn't the same, why is that?
