Crazy escalation data billing / incorrect billing
I've been in dispute with MTN for 2 months+ re crazy escalation in data billing in May / June. My normal spend PM is around R900 ALL IN and for those months my bill came to R2500+ with MTN claiming exorbitant 'packet data' costs. Correct AD Hoc data was not loaded nor indicated on invoice and I recieved several notfications that my data bundle has 'expired' with 3 or 4 days (it should only expire in 30). IE I was me being billed out of bundle when I was in bundle. I have been to 3 branches incl head office, spoken to 15 people including 'supervisors' and sent about 30 emails containing evidence / detailing my complaint. This has fallen on deaf ears and my account was suspended today. I have lodged several complaints at MTN and have now even contacted ICASA - still with no response / solution. I have spotted this exact same issue for SEVERAL others on hello peter and even the staff at MTN said to me that this is a common complaint they have recieved of late. MTN. This should make you realise that there is / was and error in your billing / data system which should be FIXED and until that time the affected people's accounts should be left active? Please respond and sort it out A
