Long standing query still outstanding. One of many complaints for the same contract. I hope I do not get debited more than what I actually agreed with MTN. This is some nonsense served by MTN

I took out a 36 month contract with Jack Letsoalo on the 23rd of November 2018. This was not processed until after a week and it was recorded as a 24 month contract. I have been trying to rectify this for 2 months now and I keep getting billed more money than what I have budgeted for. Jack kept telling me everything has been sorted the whole of December until I got billed. I don't want this happening again for January.
