**** Service-Account suspended...FOR WHAT???
on the 2nd of May, to my surprise, my account was suspended. I tried contacting the call centre, had no luck calls got ended without even reaching a consultant!!! on the 4th of May I went into the MTN store in Killarney Mall-which was obviously unsuccessful because your \systems were down"!!!!! on the 7th of May it seemed my account was up and running again. on Tuesday the 12th may I received a message saying that my limit of R120.00 has been exceeded and my services have now been suspended. I have changed my limit to R0 in 2014"

Thank you for your post.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly be advised that your number has been un-suspended and it is currently active.
Our records show that you have the SUL service (Subscriber Usage Limit) set for R0.00.
Your number was suspended because the credit limit set on your account for R120.00 was reached and our records show that you declined the request for the credit limit to be increased on the 12th of May 2015. The credit limit that has been put in place is as per the request from the NCA (National Credit Act). It services as a risk measure in the customers favour as per the NCA. Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards,
Ayanda
