I took out my Contract on 5/6/2018 at MTN Bela Bela mall, Samsung J5 Pro number ********** 774.

That same day I requested and filled in my forms for cellphone insurance and asked the consultant named Thabang more than one time to please insure that all my paper work must be processed. The other consultants on duty has confirmed that they know and heard me when I asked about this.

After my first deduction- debit order I realized that the money for my insurance did not go off and contacted the MTN shop and they told me it is in process and will be activated by the next month.

The regional has contacted me but she did not assist me with only empty promises. Her name is Mmabatho contact number ********** .

I have been struggling for over three months now with MTN with this and to be honest I am completely ****ed off with the service and doubt that I will continue with MTN after my contract has ended, especially if I do not get the service I requested for. And now the consultant Thabang has ran away not paying for his mistakes.

This is a major stress factor living in South Africa with high crime rates and theft where If get ****** I must keep on paying for a phone a ******** gets to enjoy. Everyone working for MTN gets top service but the people paying to contribute to each MTN employees salary must suffer because lack of management and training.

I as a Restaurant manager working with complaints almost daily feel this has stretched out too far for mistakes I did not do or deserve as I am a loyal paying customer and chose MTN for the word of your guys great service.

If this does not get resolved I will take the necessary legal steps to get what I requested.

Impossible for a customer to be held accountable for employees mistakes.

This shop is in a small town and I will make sure the whole town will hear about this if this does not get resolved. Not threatening but in this poor community I do not want my neighbor to have the same bad experience I am busy having.

Completely unacceptable from brand like MTN.
