**** **** **** SERVICE!!!
It took a week to get my new mtn contract cellphone from Gatemax. The reason I was told is because MTN has changed systems and there is a delay and now 6 days later my MTN number for life has not been finalised!!! Once again the Gatemax staff are blaming the MTN systems. Please go back to your old system. Your service just is pathetic. I have been a loyal customer for years with MTN with several lines and always praising how good MTN is but this is not the service I am used to from MTN. At the rate MTN is going I don't think I will be renewing my contract with you in June. I would rather cancel my contract early, pay the penalties and move to a better network!!!
