Cradlestone MTN are *****

I wanted to take out a new contract with the store. I kind off got forced to take the Appo Reno 5 which is a piece of junk and i took it back in 12 hours and asked them to cancel the contract. The simcard wasnt even RICA'd atthe store so no all was made and no dataor anything on that number. 1st there was an argument and i walked out of the store as i was going to physically assault someone atthat stage as they where rude, arrogant and persistent. Went back after walking it off in the store and got told that contract will be cancelled within 2 weeks. Its now almost 2 months and i still get billed for that contract but i dont have the simcard nor the device in my possession. I went to the store numerous times to get answers and each time i am there then its escalated, or the manager isnt there now, or the manager wall call you, but nothing gets done. I have called MTN numerous times to get this resolved and i just get thrown from 1 side to another and still no resolution after all of this. Maybe going this route will get it resolved.
