Crack LG CELL phone scree
I am waking up the morning and notice that my cellular phone had a hairline crack on the screen . I take in back to the MTN shop that same morning and explain. They said that I will have to pay for the damage as it's physical and i said that they can see that there's is no such thing of any mark that the phone felt or press to hard on the screen and they said yes it's true but the place that repair it may charge me for repairs<br> I feel that this is outrageous as this is not my fault and it must be default on the phone.i had this phone only 3 weeks. Please help me! !! To solve this. They can't prove to me that it's my fault. Reference no: *** and see \Dear Customer

The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or if any component of the hardware is opened or repaired by someone not authorized by the manufacturer and does not cover repair or replacement of any hardware damaged by: misuse, moisture or liquids, proximity or exposure to heat, accident, abuse, neglect, misapplication, or defects due to repairs or modifications made by anyone other than the manufacturer. This Limited Warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the hardware, including cracks or scratches on the LCD screen.
